Q: Is there any location limitations on who can rent?
A: Everyone world-wide can purchase a rental in USD (United States Dollars) via credit card and watch it instantly.

Q: My connection isn't strong, what can I do to better my viewing experience?
A: Visit the viewing page through your account. Right click on the actual video and select the option "Switch media to progressive". This will allow your browser to download the video ahead of where you are playing it at.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Currently RF Video Now only accepts payments made by credit card. Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express accepted.

Q: How long after payment is the rental available to watch?
A: Your rental is available immediately after payment has been confirmed.

Q: When does the access time limit start on my rental?
A: The access time limit starts immediately once your payment goes through successfully and becomes available to you in your account.

Q: How do I watch content I've purchased?
A: All content you have already purchased successfully will be listed in the "My Account" page under Secure Area Access.

Q: I've rented a video but now it's no longer shown in My Account, why?
A: In most cases the specified time limit of the rental has expired. If you feel it's due to another reason please email us at webmaster@rfvideonow.com

Q: Is RF Video Now compatible with my computer and/or iPad, iPhone or other mobile device?
A: Yes! RF Video Now's video players are compatible with almost every device on the market. If you come across a platform that doesn't support it let us know so we can work on getting it compatible.

Q: I'm getting the message "Video is currently unavailable"
A: In most cases we have seen this has occured due to out of date flash players. Please update to the latest version of flash and try to view again. If this doesn't work for you please contact our webmaster.

Q: I'm getting the message "This video is only playable on www.rfvideonow.com"
A: In most cases we have seen this has occured due to out of date flash players. Please update to the latest version of flash and try to view again. If this doesn't work for you please contact our webmaster.
